The SMCB Walkers continue to meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00AM to walk and talk in and around Birmingham.  Shain Park and Barnum Park are the venues in nice weather, and Somerset Collection or First United Methodist Church indoor track are the destinations in cold or rainy conditions.  A core group of 6 to 8 are “regulars”.  This activity is open and encouraged for all SMCB members interested in keeping fit.
